Alexandher Peterson

Year Graduated: 2019

My name is Alexandher Peterson, and Aexion is the name of my creative agency. I grew up in a small town just outside Des Moine, Iowa. At school, I was the kid that was always drawing. It didn't matter what materials you gave me, I could find a way to turn them into a tool that would unleash my creativity.

I've been in the design industry for the last six years, and currently taking specialized creative courses at the University of South Dakota. Aexion was founded in 2014, when I took a risk by starting to freelance my design skills.

I'm also an experienced coder, and can easily bring my designs to life. The languages I know fluently include: HTML/CSS, Javascript, C#, and PHP.

Artist Statement

Moving forward, BEBAE will always prioritize diversity and freedom. From the beginning my goal has been to provide couples with clothing that is more than just fabric covering your body. Each pair of garments has a special connection between two individuals that wear it. It can be felt every time you put on your hoodie, or jump into your joggers. It’s an unspoken message that you are part of a team. The team that has no rules, no restrictions and certainly no discrimination. Bae isn’t defined as a boy or girl, man or woman, king or queen. Bae is the one person in your world, that you will always put before anyone else
